With over a decade of experience in the wine industry, Cherie brings a unique blend of creativity, professionalism, and sensory expertise to every project. Her work has included directing events and marketing for renowned wineries such as Betz Family Winery, where she crafted dynamic events that deepened customer connections and elevated brand identity.

Cherie is a WSET Level 3- educated wine professional, trained in sensory experiences through Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, and has led events, exquisite tastings and food pairings at Betz Family Winery and Col Solare. She’s an avid foodie with a talent for curating pairings that highlight both the nuance of the wine and the flavors on the plate. Whether she’s designing a wedding reception, wine dinner, or an educational seminar, her goal is always the same: to create meaningful, flavorful moments.

As our Director of Events and Owner, Cherie uses her deep industry insight to support wineries and other event professionals with a full spectrum of services—event planning, wine release launches, membership growth strategies, and more. But what truly sets VinJoie apart is our dedication to education and experience. We don’t just pour wine—we teach, inspire, and invite guests to explore the world of wine through all five senses.
