DIY + Day Of Event
You’re ready to plan and have your venue, caterer, and photographer booked, but want someone to help coordinate guests at the event, take care of registration, and double-check all the details.
- Email support from the beginning until the end
- Check with all vendors one month before the event, confirm and answer questions
- Confirm any changes with the group lead
- Monitor RSVP list and send reminders, if needed
- Up to 10 hours of coordination on-site
- Need more help? A simple $75 p/h add-on flat rate

Fully Customized Event Design and Execution
Your time is precious, so we’ll handle it all- walking you through the details and giving you simplified choices based on your preferences. The fee will be based on the complexity of the event and the time involved but will never exceed 10% of the total services.
- Venue selection and walk-throughs
- Floorplan and seating charts
- Vendor selection- We will discuss and arrange everything needed- from food to flowers.
- Arrange all rentals
- Floral suggestions/contract florist
- Photographer/Videographer suggestions/contract
- Suggest MC, DJ or playlist and arrange for equipment, if needed
- Timeline for key moments
- Full day-of services, meeting all vendors for setup and deliveries, organizing staff, directing event execution, point person at the venue.
- Monitor and direct timeline execution.
